FORTH Hotel and Club is seeking a Wellness Manager in Atlanta to lead the wellness experience, oversee daily operations, training standards, and class management, ensuring exceptional guest service.

You will collaborate with hotel departments and work with ambassadors from the Director of Fitness to cultivate a vibrant wellness culture at this bold, new destination.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a gym, spa, or hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily wellness operations and ensure service excellence.

Overview

The Wellness Manager is responsible for the daily leadership, operational excellence, and strategic development of the wellness experience at FORTH. This role ensures best practices in service delivery, consistent training standards, seamless class and contractor management, and strong collaboration across departments. The Wellness Manager serves as an operational leader, educator, and culture carrier within the wellness department. The Wellness Manager serves as a bridge to the ambassadors from the Director of Fitness.
