Job summary

YMCA of Middle TN is hiring a part-time Wellness Floor Attendant at the Franklin location. You will greet members, assist with equipment, guide wellness programs, and help create a welcoming, safe environment in the Wellness Center.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), plus CPR/First Aid within 30 days and YMCA wellness certifications within 90 days. Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or fitness experience is a bonus.
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for healthy living.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with workout area.
• Ensure equipment usage safety and proper form guidance.
• Keep the wellness space clean, safe, and welcoming.
