Job summary

YMCA of Middle TN is hiring a part-time Wellness Floor Attendant at the Franklin location. You will greet members, assist with equipment, guide wellness programs, and help create a welcoming, safe environment in the Wellness Center.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), plus CPR/First Aid within 30 days and YMCA wellness certifications within 90 days. Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the friendly face greeting our members in the Wellness Center, helping them feel confident and comfortable with their workouts. From guiding members on proper equipment use to recommending wellness programs and offering encouragement, you’ll play a key role in their fitness journeys. You’ll also ensure the space stays clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior customer service or fitness experience is a bonus
• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for healthy living

Certifications Required:

• CPR Pro/AED and First Aid within 30 days of hire
• YMCA wellness and safety certifications within 90 days
