Fountain Life seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day performance and long-term strength of a center. You will own the operating plan, financials, member experience, renewals, and team performance while partnering with clinical and enterprise teams to drive growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Progressive leadership experience managing a service-oriented operation, preferably in healthcare or a high-touch customer environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing, resources, operational metrics, and performance improvement.
• Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and holding teams accountable for clear outcomes.
• Strong business judgment and comfort working with financial, operating, service, and people data.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, safety, privacy, and regulatory expectations; ability to work with clinical leaders.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; able to manage competing priorities with sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Lead center strategy and financial performance, including budget, forecasting, labor planning, and variance explanations.
• Coordinate capacity, staffing, schedules, equipment, supplies, and vendor support for reliable services.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and enterprise leaders to translate growth goals into local plans and follow-through.
• Drive member growth, renewals, retention, and pipeline visibility with Care Teams and commercial partners.
• Model exceptional member experience standards and ensure clear ownership of any complaints or service gaps.
• Oversee daily operations, cross-functional handoffs, equipment readiness, and process improvements.
