Fountain Life is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day center operations and drive long-term growth. You will own financial results, member experience, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and enterprise partners.

You will build a high-performing local team, set clear plans, and deliver measurable outcomes while safeguarding the member journey and ensuring compliant, premium service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience managing a service-oriented operation, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, staffing, resources, and performance metrics.
• Experience recruiting, developing, coaching, and holding teams accountable.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, safety, privacy, and regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Own center operating plan and financial performance.
• Review scorecards and set priorities.
• Coordinate capacity, staffing, equipment, and vendor support.
• Identify opportunities/risks and communicate with leadership.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to translate growth goals.
• Maintain visibility into lead pipelines and renewals.
• Build relationships with members and partners to support growth.
• Coordinate renewal and retention workflows with Care Teams.
• Model Fountain Life’s experience commitments and ensure service standards.
• Lead daily center operations and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor equipment readiness and downtime with leaders.
• Use systems to keep information current and actionable.
• Improve processes through problem solving and digitization.
• Lead the center team with coaching and accountability.
