Job summary

Realhab, Inc. in Parrish, Florida is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with intake in a bustling rehabilitation facility. This in-person role requires solid scheduling experience, good insurance information collection, and excellent communication skills.

Some light sales experience is a plus, with benefits including health insurance and PTO. Full-time and part-time hours available, with every other Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year scheduling experience.
• Experience collecting insurance information.
• Customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication/telephone skills.
• Some light sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
