Job summary

Tri-City Mental Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Program Manager for the Wellness Center, focusing on recovery, resilience, and well-being through peer support and educational services. The role oversees center operations and supervises multidisciplinary staff, with emphasis on coordination of services for diverse populations.

The ideal candidate will have licensure in psychology, social work, or LMFT and extensive managerial experience in mental health, plus a track record in budgeting

Qualifications

Education aligned with licensure as Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT.
At least five years of managerial and/or supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
Valid California license as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate Wellness Center services.
Provide leadership, supervision to program supervisors and staff.
Coordinate peer support groups, workshops, employment/vocational support, and activities.
Develop and monitor program budgets, expenditures, and resource needs.
Establish tracking systems for participation, outcomes, and reporting.
Build partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
Ensure services are accessible and culturally responsive.
Support grant proposals and program development.
