Job summary

Morningside House of Blue Bell, a leading personal care and memory care community in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role administers medications under supervision, maintains accurate records, and coordinates medical appointments and staffing with a focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related experience accepted.
• CMT certification required.
• Scheduling experience required.
• OnShift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain medical charts and ensure records are complete within 48 hours as per policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain staffing levels and call out replacements as needed.
• Submit schedules to DH&W for approval and to Business Office Manager.
• Provide clerical support for Health and Wellness including calls, messages, and paperwork.
• Maintain resident medical records with up-to-date information and consent forms.
