Job summary

Turning Leaf is a Midwest CBD and vapor retailer seeking a friendly, results‑oriented Retail Sales Representative to deliver outstanding service at our Minnesota location. You will assist management, handle daily sales processes, and help ensure our customers leave satisfied and eager to return.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay organized, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere. This is a full‑time, on‑site role supporting store operations and customer care at Turning Leaf locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to engage customers.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising to support store presentation.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and to meet or exceed target metric objectives
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes)
• Operate cash drawer, counting back change and verifying cash/credit amounts
• Conduct inventory counts and report variances
• Attend team meetings
• Represent the store and set an example for other team members
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization per company standards
• Follow all policies and report concerns to upper management
• Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
• Analyze customer behavior and adjust sales strategies and merchandising in-store
• Address and resolve customer complaints and grievances
• Ensure consistent execution of marketing and visual presentation
• Verify store security at closing (locks, alarms)
• Receive shipments of age-restricted products
