Comfrt is seeking a Community Interaction Representative for day shifts to manage social discussions on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will respond to inquiries, resolve order and product issues, and reflect Comfrt's brand voice in every interaction while coordinating with Customer Service and Fulfillment teams.

Ideal candidates have social media or community management experience, strong writing, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, community management, or social customer service.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite, Gorgias or Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar order management platforms (preferred).
• Strong written communication with brand voice.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions out-of-hours.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social platforms (product details, policies, order statuses, shipping).
• Engage with customers via comments, DMs, story reposts, and tagged posts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Assist with content engagement strategy and interact with tagged content and comments.
• Maintain Comfrt's brand voice across all customer communications and platforms.
• Drive customer satisfaction through product knowledge and a solution-oriented approach.
• Manage order-related inquiries (updates, modifications, cancellations, replacements).
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, products, and shipping.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster loyalty through professional interactions.
• Assist in managing post-purchase communication on social platforms.
• Collaborate with customer service and fulfillment teams for timely order resolution.
• Provide accurate information and escalate issues as needed.
• Foster continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback.
