Job summary

Comfrt Clothing is seeking a Community Interaction Representative for day shifts to manage social inquiries and order issues across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You will uphold the brand voice while working with the customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have experience in social media or community management, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management, community management, or social customer service.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Gorgias or Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify or similar order management platforms (preferred).
• Strong written communication with tone and brand voice.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours.
• Solutions-oriented with professional handling of difficult customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across social platforms and answer questions.
• Engage with customers through comments, DMs, stories across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Assist with content engagement strategy and interacting with tagged content.
• Maintain Comfrt's brand voice in all communications.
• Drive customer satisfaction through product knowledge and problem-solving.
• Manage order-related inquiries: updates, modifications, cancellations, replacements.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, products, shipping.
• Build relationships fostering loyalty through positive interactions.
• Support post-purchase communication via social platforms.
• Collaborate with customer service and fulfillment teams for timely resolutions.
• Provide accurate information and escalate issues as needed.
• Suggest continuous improvements and share customer feedback.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
