Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness is seeking a part-time Beauty & Wellness Advisor to drive sales and education at Ulta locations in the Richmond area. You will recruit customers, explain the benefits of Saje products, and build partnerships with Ulta employees to promote brand awareness in-store.

Applicants should have consumer-facing sales experience in multi-brand retailers, strong communication skills, and a flexible weekend-holiday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-facing sales within multi-brand retailers (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Target).
• Strong ability to educate customers on products, benefits and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with drive and warmth.

Responsibilities

• Launch Saje at Ulta, driving sales, education, and brand awareness.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain product knowledge.
• Develop strong retailer relationships and empower store staff.
• Execute brand-led events and ensure proper product merchandising.
