Job summary

Saje Natural Wellness seeks a Wellness Advisor to drive sales, education, and brand awareness at Ulta locations across the US. Reporting to the Field Sales & Education Manager, you will recruit and educate customers on the benefits of Saje products and partner with Ulta employees to create strong in-store experiences.

All Saje team members contribute to our culture and maintain a positive environment for themselves and their peers, while you bring passion for wellness and plant-powered products

Qualifications

• Consumer-facing sales experience in multi-brand retailers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in scented environments and product demonstrations.
• Passion for wellness and plant-based products.

Responsibilities

• Launch Saje at Ulta and drive sales, education, brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge on products, benefits and ingredients.
• Develop retailer relationships and empower store employees.
• Execute Brand Led Events.
• Ensure products are well presented through merchandising.
• Provide insights after each shift to improve.
