Qualifications

• Retail, customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning, and follow Golden Rules of Tanning and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
