Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Morganton, NC is seeking friendly, customer-focused team members to join a vibrant salon. You will help customers choose tanning options, promote memberships, and meet daily sales goals in a fast-paced, upbeat environment.

We offer flexible schedules, product discounts, and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff including 401K with company match, medical/dental/vision, and PTO. Training covers customer service, sales, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensures that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission)
