Palm Beach Tan is hiring in Georgia for entry-level sales roles. Represent our brand in a lively, customer-focused environment with flexible schedules and earnings from base pay plus commissions.

We offer employee discounts, a complimentary Diamond tanning membership, and a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, teaching the Golden Rules of Tanning, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensures that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission)
