Palm Beach Tan is seeking motivated individuals to represent our brand in a vibrant, professional salon. The role offers flexible schedules, employee discounts on skincare products, and a complimentary Diamond tanning membership.

Entry-level training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and leadership development. Compensation includes base pay plus up to 12% commission, with top performers earning more.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (7+ hours).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and safety guidelines.
• Ensure company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensures that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission)
