Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Lexington, SC is seeking entry-level sales professionals to join our brand in a vibrant salon setting. You will greet customers, explain tanning options, and help clients meet their goals with a friendly, upbeat approach.

We offer flexible schedules, up to 12% commission, and benefits for full-time staff, including 401K with company match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a complimentary Diamond tanning membership. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and options.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing tasks.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning.
• Ensures that all company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintains a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, for up to 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Compensation: $10 - $15+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission)
