Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid required within 60 days of hire date.
• YMCA New Hire Orientation within 30 days of hire date.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal abilities and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the wellness floor and equipment.
• Clean exercise equipment per schedule or as directed.
• Engage with members and answer questions to ensure safety.
• Follow YMCA policies and procedures and respond to emergencies.
