The position requires 18+, wellness experience, CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days, and completion of mandatory trainings.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months experience in wellness.
• Grade III/IV wellness experience requirements as applicable.
• CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification within 60 days of hire.
• Complete required trainings (NEO, BPP, CAP, Sexual Harassment).
• Background and CPS checks required.

Aufgaben

• Support YMCA mission and goals, promote values-based culture.
• Lead in community engagement and youth development.
• Oversee wellness area supervision and member coaching.
• Provide member training, orientations and evaluations.
• Document daily/weekly/monthly equipment checks.
• Maintain wellness area cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Report accidents per Emergency Communication Action Plan.
