Job summary

Sage Mountain Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is hiring a full-time Wellness Assistant to support residents' daily routines, meals, appointments and activities. This hands-on role involves coordinating resident activities, providing medication support as trained, and working closely with a caring team to deliver compassionate, responsive care.

Wellness Assistant – Full-Time

Looking for a role where you can support residents, stay active throughout your day, and be part of a caring team? Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and pitching in wherever needed to create a great experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, activities, and other needs
• Provide medication support as trained and authorized
• Help coordinate resident activities, outings, and special events
• Assist with scheduling, communication, and general organization
• Help coordinate transportation requests, maintenance needs, and other resident services
• Work closely with team members to ensure residents receive responsive, compassionate support

What We’re Looking For

• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred
• Medication Technician training or experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities
• A positive, team-focused approach to resident care
