Job summary

Sage Mountain Senior Living, part of the Agemark Senior Living family, is seeking a Caregiver – Part-Time in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will help residents with daily activities, promote independence, and support family and staff with compassionate, personalized care.

We value trust, dignity, and the well-being of residents; training is provided, and you’ll join a team committed to meaningful work in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care
• Support residents with compassion while encouraging independence
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report changes in condition
• Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized care
• Maintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all times
