Job summary

Sage Mountain Senior Living in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Full-Time Wellness Assistant to support residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, and activities. This hands-on role also includes medication support as trained, coordinating events, and helping with scheduling and resident services.

The successful candidate will bring healthcare or senior living experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a team-focused approach to resident care.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
• Medication Technician training or experience preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills; dependable and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, activities, and other needs.

Looking for a role where you can support residents, stay active throughout your day, and be part of a caring team? Sage Mountain Senior Living, an Agemark Senior Living community, is hiring a Full-Time Wellness Assistant.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and pitching in wherever needed to create a great experience for our residents.
