Brethren Village Retirement Community in Lititz, PA seeks a Wellness Coordinator / Aquatics Instructor for part-time employment. The role focuses on planning and conducting water classes for Residents in our indoor pool, working with a small Wellness team to promote mobility and well-being among older adults.

Responsibilities include supervising residents, safely leading fitness classes, and contributing to aging‑in‑place initiatives.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certification required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience leading group fitness or swim classes preferred.
• Basic computer skills required to access websites and software.
• Dependability and meeting attendance standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct water classes and activities for Residents.
• Supervise Residents at the indoor pool to ensure safety.
• Lead and coordinate diverse pool fitness programs for older adults.
