Job summary

Healthy Living in Williston, VT is seeking an Assistant Center Store Manager for Wellness to lead daily department operations, oversee merchandising, and manage replenishment and vendor relationships.

You will train staff, hire and address scheduling, ensure health code compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy using HL software and data reports.

Full-time role with schedule flexibility, competitive pay of $20.00-$21.72 per hour and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management or progressive supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years working in a professional retail environment, preferably grocery or natural foods.
• Previous buying, inventory management or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working with local products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of department operations and ensures an organized, smoothly run department.
• Provides a safe and functioning work environment and follows food safety, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide guests with exemplary service on the sales floor and handle special orders and research educational materials.
• Oversees daily merchandising, stocking, organization, and cleanliness of shelves.
• Directs daily department merchandising and seasonally appropriate displays.
• Leads, coaches, and inspires all department staff and builds a collaborative team.
