Masonicare is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to coordinate assisted living services, oversee nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across the continuum of care. The role involves collaboration with SALSA, community liaisons, and leadership to maintain high-quality resident outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, coordinating services, and supervising documentation, with on-call rotation and 24-hour coverage as needed. Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Nursing leadership role with supervision responsibilities.
• Licensure as Registered Nurse in Connecticut.
• Experience in home health or community health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assisted living services with direct service staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ongoing staff education.
• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate service placement.
• Educate families and residents; coordinate referrals within the Masonicare continuum.
