Job summary

Masonicare at Mystic in Mystic, CT is seeking an RN Designee (Assisted Living) for full-time day shifts with on-call rotation. The ANC will lead nursing services, supervise RCAs and LPNs, perform resident assessments, and coordinate care to ensure high-quality service within SALSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN license in CT in good standing is required.
• Two years of full-time clinical experience with BSN; or four years with diploma/ADN. Experience in Home Care, Community Health or Assisted Living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial and ongoing nursing assessments to create resident care plans.
• Supervises RCAs and LPNs; coordinates care and ensures continuity of services.
• Manages medication administration and follows physician orders.
• Educates residents and families on AL procedures and care needs.
• Coordinates care plans with other professionals and documents promptly.
