Masonicare in Mystic, CT is seeking a Full Time - On Call Rotation Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate assisted living services. The role requires strong clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with affiliates to ensure high-quality care.

The successful candidate will conduct assessments, manage medications, educate staff, and work across shifts to maintain a continuous standard of care. CT RN licensure is required.

Competenze

• Must be a registered nurse with CT license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing plus two years of full-time home health or community health experience, or diploma/Associate’s with four years in the past 10 years.

Mansioni

• Coordinate assisted living services with direct care staff.
• Develop and implement standards of care and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff education.
• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate services.
• Oversee medication management and physician order follow-through.
