Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, or long-term care preferred.
• Activity certification or license preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead group activities and individual visits based on residents' interests and abilities.
• Assist with developing and maintaining the monthly activity calendar.
• Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents' quality of life.
• Maintain accurate activity records and documentation.
