Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Mix drinks according to recipes and measures
• Serve guests cheerfully and maintain a professional appearance
• Keep the bar stocked and clean
• Verify drink pricing
• Serve food as per job requirements
• Know drink promotions and answer guest questions
• Enter orders accurately into POS system
• Assess guest behavior and identify intoxicated guests
• Handle payments and give correct change
• Perform shift changes and opening/closing duties
• Stand/walk for entire shift
• Perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Complete required certifications and ID checks
