Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking Wellbeing Navigators to support individuals in treatment for mental health and substance use. We offer part-time and full-time roles with evening, weekend, and overnight scheduling.

You will join a multi-disciplinary team to observe, document, and report on day-to-day progress, helping update care plans and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, with 2 years of behavioral health experience* or related course work (some positions may require a bachelor's degree in related field).
• *In order for lived experience to satisfy this requirement, the candidate must have 2 years in recovery
• Ability to work some weekends, and/or overnights
• At least 21 years of age
• A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record
• (May require) State of Nebraska Med Aid License, or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in service throughout their treatment experience.
• Observe and document day-to-day behaviors and activities.
• Report to the clinical team to update each individual's treatment plan.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and care managers.
