Job summary

CenterPointe in Lincoln, NE is seeking Youth Wellbeing Navigators to support youth and families in behavioral health crises, with scheduling including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

You will monitor daily activities, enforce facility guidelines, model positive behaviors, advocate for youth and families, collaborate with the treatment team, maintain a clean and secure environment, and assist with transporting clients as needed using agency or personal vehicle (with reimbursement).

Qualifications

• High school diploma, with 2 years of behavioral health experience* or related course work.
• Ability to work some weekends, and/or overnights.
• At least 21 years of age.
• A valid Nebraska driver's license with clean DMV record.
• (May require) State of Nebraska Med Aid License, or ability to obtain.

We are currently looking for full and part-time Youth Wellbeing Navigators to work with our youth population with scheduling availability including evenings, weekends, and overnights.

THE JOB

As a member of the SquareOne Integrated team, you will provide support and supervision to youth and families experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role involves monitoring daily activities, enforcing facility guidelines, modeling positive behaviors, advocating for youth and families, collaborating with the treatment team, maintaining a clean and secure facility, and transporting clients as needed using an agency or personal vehicle (with reimbursement).
