CenterPointe in Omaha, NE is seeking Wellbeing Navigators for part-time and full-time positions with evening, weekend, and overnight availability.

Our organization focuses on holistic, person-centered care for mental health and substance use challenges, offering a continuum of care across multiple programs in Lincoln and Omaha. Join a multidisciplinary team committed to helping individuals recover and thrive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2 years of behavioral health experience or related coursework.
• Must be able to work some weekends and overnights.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a Nebraska driver’s license.
• May require Nebraska Med Aid License or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support consumers in treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Observe and document day-to-day behaviors and activities.
• Report to the clinical team to update each individual's treatment plan.
• Apply behavioral health knowledge in daily care.
