As a Wellbeing Navigator, you will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team of professionals—including dually‑licensed therapists, psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Care Managers, and more—to support individuals throughout their treatment experience. You will observe and document day‑to‑day behaviors and activities, and report findings to the clinical team to update each individual's treatment plan continually. Your knowledge in behavioral health and your navigation skills provide the foundation for a life‑changing treatment experience for the people we serve.
