Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred.
• Experience with individuals with psychiatric, substance use, or developmental disabilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate skills-based groups and wellness activities to promote independence and growth.
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and community living abilities.
• Provide advocacy, crisis intervention, outreach, and ongoing support as needed.
• Collaborate with care teams, families, and providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Complete documentation, wellness plans, and records accurately and on time.
• Deliver culturally responsive, compassionate service aligned with policies.
