Qualifications

• Must meet CSS requirements for the position in at least one eligible option.
• Qualified addiction professional or related degree/experience accepted.
• Four-year degree or higher education plus relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time in the community developing employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners.
• Provide strengths-based employment support using a motivational approach.
• Assist individuals in identifying strengths, interests, and goals.
• Support job readiness through coaching and ongoing encouragement.
• Help access employment-related and supportive resources (housing, healthcare, etc.).
• Collaborate with care teams for coordinated, whole-person support.
• Monitor progress toward employment goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings.
