Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Derrickhand crew member to support well service operations on an oil and gas rig. You will perform elevated servicing tasks from rod baskets and tubing boards, assist in rigging up/down, move tubing and rods, and follow safety regulations.

You will report to the Rig Supervisor and collaborate with the crew to maintain productivity and world class service for our customers. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Workover - Derrickhand experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented, capable of fast-paced work and multitasking.
• CDL B license is required to drive rig and must meet MVR policy if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rigging up and down, line up the well with the service rig.
• Set hydraulic jacks, handle pads/boards and attach guy wires.
• Perform elevated work for rigging up/down and service operations.
• Move rods and tubing from racks to elevator and perform servicing on the well.
• Drive the crew truck as needed.
• Operate tubing elevators for standing tubing in the derrick.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to the rig supervisor.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
