Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. is seeking a crew member on a well service rig in Buckhannon, WV. You will perform all well-servicing tasks from elevated positions, assist in rigging up or down, and help with piping and tubing operations as directed by the customer or operator.

The role reports to the Rig Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years of Derrickhand experience. CDL B is required to operate the rig, and safety regulations must be followed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Workover - Derrickhand experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide value to customers.
• CDL B license is required to drive the rig; comply with Vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rigging up and down the well, and align the rig with the well.
• Set hydraulic jacks and handle pads/boards; assist with anchor wires.
• Perform elevated work on rigging up/down and moving equipment.
• Transfer rods and tubing between racks and elevator; service the well.
• Operate tubing elevators for standing tubing in the derrick.
• Drive the crew truck as needed.
• Walk the rods when laying down; assist with tubing handling.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance needs to the rig supervisor.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations; may work floors or operate the rig.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
