Job summary

Key Energy Services, LLC. in Hobbs, NM is seeking a crew member for a well service rig. You will assist in rigging up and down, pull and lay down rods, tubing, and casing, and follow the trainee matrix during training.

You will operate rig tools, handle safety equipment, and report hazards to the rig supervisor. Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills and competencies.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Must pass post-employment drug/alcohol screening and safety tests.

Responsibilities

• Lifts, operates, rigs up/down guy wires, hydraulic jacks, pads/boards and safety gear.
• Lifts, removes, installs and operates well head pump, jacks and related equipment.
• Works on elevated platforms handling rods, tubing and equipment.
• Lifts and installs matting boards, tubing, rods, casing and related equipment.
• Operates tongs, elevators and other rig tools.
• Receives on-the-job and formal training to gain skills and competencies.
• Reports safety hazards or maintenance issues to the rig supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned and wears required safety gear.
