Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in upstream production ops, well startups or flowback preferred.
• Strong safety, documentation and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support startup, flowback, and delivery of new wells into production.
• Verify facility readiness, equipment commissioning, and safety systems.
• Monitor production data, perform daily walkthroughs, and report variances.
• Coordinate with contractors and third-party providers; maintain logs and records.
