• Performs moderately complex corrective tasks on well-site equipment and controls as scheduled by planners.
• Repairs or replaces equipment per environmental compliance and safety requirements.
• Develops and implements SOPs, prioritizes projects, and suggests optimization.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Planner to streamline cycle times and close work orders promptly.
• Maintains relationships with local, state, and federal representatives and landowners.
• Escalates and resolves moderately complex problems to improve efficiency and safety.
