Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant E&P Operations experience (Lease Site management, equipment maintenance, or pipeline operations).
• Experience with lease site operations and regulatory compliance.
• Preferred OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and regulatory compliance in lease site operations.
• Conduct daily assessments of wells, equipment, and facilities and submit reports.
• Perform production tests and monitor maintenance and plant activities.
• Coordinate with optimization operators and engineering teams on lease activities.
