Job summary

Devon Energy Corp. seeks a New Well Delivery Operator to support safe startup, initial flowback, and delivery of new wells into production.

You will verify pad readiness, coordinate technicians and third-party providers, monitor performance, and resolve issues while maintaining records for daily operations. Responsibilities include equipment verification, instrument systems testing, and effective communication with engineering and field leadership during first delivery and transition to routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in upstream production operations or related field work preferred.
• Experience with well startup, flowback, facility operations or equipment commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Support safe startup, initial flowback, and delivery of new wells into production.
• Verify well-pad and facility readiness and coordinate contractors and third-party providers.
• Monitor production data and equipment, identify issues, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with engineers, operations leadership, and contractors for safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain daily logs, flowback notes, and event records in designated systems.
