The Well Concierge role invites friendly, hospitality-minded individuals to welcome guests and members, guide them through The Well’s unique experiences like Thermal Garden and Longevity Lab, and ensure a seamless visit. You’ll assist with café service, maintain a pristine space, and help guests feel valued from arrival to departure.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Educate guests on experiences, amenities, and membership options.
• Help guests feel comfortable and prepared for their wellness experience.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality at every interaction.
• Assist with preparing and serving café offerings.
• Process purchases and guest transactions.
• Keep the café clean, organized, and stocked.
• Create a friendly and welcoming café environment.
• Wash, fold, and restock towels throughout the day.
• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting guest areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support the daily flow of guests throughout the facility.
• Take initiative to ensure The Well consistently looks and feels exceptional.

About the Role

As a Well Concierge, you are the welcoming face of The Well and a key part of the experience we deliver to every guest.

You'll help members and guests feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether you're checking someone in for a Thermal Garden session, giving a tour, helping in Lyte House Café, or ensuring our space looks its best, your role is essential to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Welcome and check in guests and members.
• Assist with reservations, scheduling, and questions.
• Provide engaging tours of The Well, including the Thermal Garden, Longevity Lab, Lyte House Café, and fitness spaces.

Lyte House Café

• Assist with preparing and serving café offerings.

Facility & Daily Operations

• Maintain clean, organized, and inviting guest areas.
• Restock amenities and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Support the daily flow of guests throughout the facility.
• Take initiative to ensure The Well consistently looks and feels exceptional.

What We're Looking For
