Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Health & Well-Being Coordinator to shape and advance a culture of health and well-being for faculty and staff across our campuses and remote work environments.

You will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive employee well-being strategy, covering physical, mental, financial, social, and preventive well-being, and help employees navigate university-sponsored health benefits by partnering with benefit vendors to increase engagement

Qualifications

• Experience in developing employee well-being programs.
• Ability to translate data into actionable programs.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across campus and remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive employee well-being strategy.
• Create and deliver programs across physical, mental, financial, social, and preventive well-being.
• Assist employees in understanding health benefits and resources.
• Turn data into action to improve care quality, access, and engagement.
• Build engagement across campuses and remote sites and develop wellness champions networks.
• Communicate clearly through email, intranet, newsletters, and webinars.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders and external partners.
