Job summary

Adventist HealthCare in Maryland seeks a Well-being Specialist for its LifeWork Strategies Department to advance physical, mental, and spiritual healing as part of our mission.

The role focuses on coordinating health programs, supporting employment clinics, evaluating program impact, and creating educational content. Typical schedule is full-time, 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional weekends; benefits include PTO, retirement matching, and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, or related field required.

• Aggregate, analyze and present client reports based on employee data and program participation analysis; utilize operational metrics to define, track and report on program activities, participation, and results.
• Participate in town halls, team meetings, and leadership training as appropriate to educate, motivate, and engage participants.

As a Well‑being Specialist, you will:

Pay Range:

$53,316.90 - $74,643.66 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
