Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Program Coordinator, Well-Being in Learning Environments, to lead and manage the Well-being in Learning Environments program across campus. You will partner with faculty, academic units, and leaders to embed wellbeing in teaching, curriculum, and classroom environments.

Responsibilities include strategic direction, program operations, assessment, and collaboration with the Longhorn Wellness Center and SHIFT.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading programs in higher education or academic settings.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, administrators, and campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the Well-being in Learning Environments program.
• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty champions and department admins to align goals with campus priorities.
• Oversee assessment, evaluation, and data-informed planning to advance student health and wellbeing.
