Job summary

Florida State University’s Florida Institute for Child Welfare is seeking a Well-Being Facilitator to remotely support workforce well-being across sites. You will travel to assigned child welfare sites, organize and facilitate engagement activities, and monitor outcomes with fidelity.

This regular, full-time role requires a collaborative approach and strong relationship-building with site staff. Anticipated salary range is low to mid $50,000s, with a comprehensive total rewards package and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience in child welfare field and experience facilitating employee well-being sessions, trainings, or webinars, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of the same experience.
  • Experience facilitating employee well-being sessions, trainings, or webinars or related programs.

Responsibilities

  • Travel to assigned child welfare sites to implement the well-being program with fidelity.
  • Organize and facilitate components of the program including engagement and monitoring of well-being groups, task forces, and teams.
  • Facilitate additional well-being initiatives and individual offerings to support the workforce.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with site staff to foster psychological safety.
  • Track participation, engagement, and feedback and provide regular reports to the Well-Being Program Manager.
  • Contribute to development and refinement of resource materials, tools and guides for workforce well-being.
  • Represent the well-being program professionally during site visits and engagements.
  • Maintain timely communication with site contacts to support relationship-building and coordination.

  • Organize and facilitate components of the program to include engagement and monitoring of well-being groups, well-being task forces and teams.
  • Facilitate additional well-being related initiatives and individual offerings as needed to support the workforce.
  • Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with site staff to foster psychological safety and openness during well-being activities.
  • Track program participation, engagement levels, and feedback and provide regular reports and updates to the Well-Being Program Manager regarding site progress and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of resource materials, tools and guides used to support workforce well-being.
  • Represent the FICW well-being program in a professional manner during all site visits and engagements.
  • Maintain timely communication with site contacts to support relationship-building and effective coordination.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years’ experience in child welfare filed and experience facilitating employee well-being sessions, trainings, or webinars or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of the same experience. (Note: or a combination of post high school education and the same experience equal to six years.)

Bachelor's degree in Health & Human Services and two years’ experience in child welfare or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.

Anticipated Salary Range
