Job summary

Northern Construction and Maintenance llc. is seeking a qualified welder/fabricator to service a large fleet of heavy civil equipment, including dozers, loaders, cranes and trucks, at our Alaska shop.

This rotational position runs 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off with 11.5 hour days. Room and board are provided, airfare between Anchorage and Fairbanks, plus insurance and a 401(k). Must have at least 5 years welding/fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in welding and fabrication.
• Experience welding and fabricating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication for a large fleet of equipment (dozers, loaders, cranes, trucks, light duty pieces).
• Support heavy civil construction projects with on-site fabrication and repairs.

We're in search of a qualified individual to perform welding and fabrication for a large fleet of equipment (i.e. dozers, loaders, cranes, trucks, and light duty pieces) in support of heavy civil construction projects.

This is a rotational position - 3 weeks on/3 weeks off, 11.5 hour days. Room and board is provided as well as airfare between Anchorage/Fairbanks and remote shop located in Alaska. We also offer insurance and a 401(k). Complete benefit details will be provided to qualified applicants.
