Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Welder Trainee in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves production work aligned with welding procedures and drawings, and requires completing the Welder Training Program with a GMAW 2G qualification weld test.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read blueprints. GMAW or Metal Core welding experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety training and on-the-job development

Responsibilities

• Performs production within prescribed codes, procedures, specifications, and drawings.
• Completes Welder Training Program by passing a GMAW 2G qualification weld test.
• Undergoes a 2F Evaluation to determine skillset before offered Welder Trainee position.
• Wears required PPE and follows Sabre safety guidelines.
• Reads weld symbols and uses welding equipment per WPS parameters.
• Maintains on-time attendance and collaborates with team on tasks.
